By using QR-Father (the web designer, this site, and the upcoming Android app), you agree to these terms. QR-Father by ToolBoxesAi is a free, no-sign-up QR design studio: 21+ data types, styling, frames, canvas editor, logo overlay, and PNG / SVG / PDF export. Creation happens on your device; downloads save to your gallery.
02 Fair & acceptable use
QR-Father is for lawful, legitimate purposes — personal, educational, and commercial. You agree not to create QR codes linking to harmful, illegal, or misleading content (phishing, malware, scams, impersonation), encode content you have no right to share, or use the service to defraud or harm others. You are solely responsible for what you encode and how you distribute it.
03 Ownership
All QR codes and designs you create with QR-Father belong entirely to you. ToolBoxesAi claims no ownership, license, or rights over your outputs, uploads, or exports — use them anywhere, commercially included, with no attribution or royalties. Keep your own backups: because everything is created locally, we cannot recover your files for you.
04 Verify before you print
QR-Father gives you pro controls for scannability — error-correction levels up to 30%, automatic module clearing behind logos, high-resolution export — but styling, print size, and surfaces affect real-world scanning. Before printing:
- Test-scan with more than one phone at the actual print size, keeping strong dark-on-light contrast.
- Payment QRs: we don't process payments or verify UPI IDs — confirm the payee name and ID character-by-character in a UPI app first. A single typo can misdirect customer payments.
- Re-print whenever your link, UPI ID, or business details change.
05 Our intellectual property
The QR-Father name, logo, site design, frame artwork, templates, and designer software belong to ToolBoxesAi. These terms let you use the service — not copy, resell, or redistribute the software or artwork libraries as standalone products. Your own QR outputs and uploads remain yours; our built-in frames and templates may be used within your creations.
06 Warranty & liability
QR-Father is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep it reliable but can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation across all browsers, devices, and printers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolBoxesAi is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages from using QR-Father or codes made with it — including misdirected payments, unscannable prints, or reliance on encoded content. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.
07 Service changes & contact
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time for improvement, maintenance, or abuse prevention (e.g., phishing or fraud), and may update these Terms — the "Last updated" date will change, with material changes highlighted where reasonable. Continued use means acceptance. External links you encode or click (websites, app stores, ToolBoxesAi Hub) are outside our control and governed by their own terms.
