02 How QR-Father works

QR-Father is a browser based designer delivered as a website (with an Android app on the way).

For convenience, your unfinished draft and preferences (e.g., theme) are kept in your own browser's local storage so work survives a refresh. This never leaves your device.

03 Android app

QR-Father for Android works the same privacy-first way as the website: your QR codes are created on your own device, and downloads save straight to your gallery or downloads folder. The app runs on Android 7.0 and above.

Storage permission: on Android 9 and below, the app will ask for Storage permission so it can save the QR codes you download. On Android 10 and above, no storage permission is required. The permission is used only to save files you choose to download — nothing else.

04 Analytics & advertising

We may look at basic, anonymous, aggregate usage (such as total page visits) to fix issues and enhance user experience.

QR-Father is free. To sustain hosting, maintenance, and future enhancements, we may run advertising in the future. If and when ads appear, the ad provider may use its own cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, governed by that provider's policy. We'll keep any ad experience clearly separated from your designs.

05 Children

QR-Father is a QR generator & Design tool with no accounts and no knowing collection of personal information from anyone, including children. If personal information is ever shared with us via a contact message, we use it only to reply.

06 Changes & contact

We may update this policy as QR-Father evolves (for example, when the Android app or ads launch). We'll revise the "Last updated" date above, and highlight material changes where reasonable. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
